How many suites and guests does the house accommodate?
There are six suites for guests, two with private whirlpool baths, with a registered maximum capacity of 12 guests. There is also staff accommodation reserved for collaborators.
What leisure facilities are available?
The house offers a pool, sauna, jacuzzi for up to six people, deck, outdoor dining veranda, terrace and spacious gathering areas.
Is Mansão Beach near Beach Park?
Yes. The approximate distance reported by the property is 550 meters. The journey may vary depending on the route taken.
What is the minimum stay?
The registered minimum stay is two nights. The booking calendar applies this rule to the selected period.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in starts at 15:00 and check-out must be completed by 11:00. Arrival instructions are sent after confirmation.
Is there a cleaning fee?
Yes. A fixed cleaning fee of R$ 500,00 is charged once per booking, not per night. It appears separately in the summary before payment.
How is the total price calculated?
The server adds the nightly rates for the selected period and the one-time cleaning fee of R$ 500,00. The total is recalculated before charging and displayed for review.
When is the booking confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed after availability and price are checked again and after Mercado Pago approves the payment.
Does the house host events?
It can host events for up to 50 people, subject to inquiry and approval of the format, schedules, suppliers, fees and specific rules.
Are events included in the stay?
Not necessarily. Accommodation and events are assessed separately in the proposal.
